Knowing his agent he'd have been talking to other clubs months ago. I don't doubt his commitment to Rovers in the slightest and like i said Rovers have nothing to fear from any SL club anymore when competing for the best. It just when these same old tired quotes come out it makes me laugh that some actually get taken in by them.
Besides none of the players are talking to the HDM so he can't have said it
No doubt that he could have gone elsewhere but I think he'd have been foolish to turn his back on what he has here, but by the sounds of it he hasn't even entertained the idea of going anywhere.
