I aggree, we know we have tremendous away support, just as we did in the seventies and eighties, the difference been then was, there was'nt the internet available for people to go on and on about it as some do now.
It is beggining to become embarrasing, hearing some suporters continously
harp on about it.
I think it would be far better if we continue with our great away support but let other teams supporters comment on it if they so wish, we would probably achieve more respect that way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad our crowds have increased in the way they have, but for fooks sake have a word with themselves and see the irony of what they are saying.
I totally agree, I don't subscribe to all this bandwaggon $hite, the more the merrier I say, but if they have not picked up on the embarassement all this talk of away fans is causing, then they need their bumps felt, Its nice when the home fans pass a complement, but a lot of our fans need to google 'Narcissus Complex'.

Well said mate.
And it's the long serving fans that lose out, not to mention the out of towners! (Regarding tickets e.t.c)
Of course we want new supporters (and those Bandwagoners), but to anyone who's witnessed Rovers in the very dark times, just to be still afloat and running as a club is still cherishable. (The Leigh game in 95?? Springs to mind, where I thought that was it)
I know those fans will take nothing for granted, and, it does happen in every sport - the times when things don't go Rovers' way and/or we get massive success in the near future - I hope the 'new' or 'bandwagoners' don't take our good position for granted.

In summary, HKR are made up of of a few overrated foreigners, a couple of Wigan rejects and a couple of blokes I have never heard of.
Saints by plenty, by miles even!

HKR are about as poor as it gets.
When referring to the atmosphere of the HJ...

Shame it doesn't keep the sound like the full east stand of HKR. That's atmosphere.

It wouldn't surprise me. Not that I can say either way!

I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.
