You're lucky! Yeah, we sat behind the posts, it was absolutely freezing up there. After five games we eventually moved to the east stand which had seen some sun over the weekend. Couldn't believe the difference in temperature.

A brief look round the city, meeting some decent fans from a variety of clubs and 2 league points for the Giants made it a good weekend, though next year I'll be sure to a) take a thick coat & b) get tickets for the east stand.

We got tickets for the East Stand (in the sun).
Quite a few drifted in where we were, from the end stands. But the steward had to move them on as they were sitting in reserved seats.
It is ok if they were sitting in non-reserved seats, but not on if they were reserved.

If anyone asked me to move I would have done so gladly - but it never happened.

We had tickets for the South Upper but never actually sat in them, we sat in both East Upper and Lower, West Upper and then watched Cas game in North Upper. Saw a few fans asked to move further down the row because they were sitting on someones reserved seat and they moved along with no bother. I don't think anyone gave a monkeys where you sat, after all there was plenty of room and the stewards let common sense prevail.

We got asked by fellow Giants fans to move as they'd sat there yesterday only to find these people had moved to other seats by the Leeds Catalans game!! As i've already put had I bought these tickets and found all and sundry could sit there regardless of what they'd paid I would not have been very happy!! But I didn't so a bonus for me!

All i can say is thart I'm so glad they weren't more strict with the seating as the south and west stands never get warm even in the summer according to those that work there!! they are many complaints about how cold it was but why did these fans not use their common sense like everyone else and go where the sun was??
