Did anyone hear the Salford fan on the radio yesterday? I can't remember his name John maybe?? He's on nearly every week anyway.

They was on about M Magic and he made a point that he only went up to jockland to watch Salford he wasn't interested in any other game.

His only problem with it all was that he went for a pint in a Hotel next to the stadium but they had the Rugby Union on the TV not the RL so he couldn't watch the other games that he wasn't interested in!

That was definately" John from Salford" The man is a joke!

The guy is clueless, he will slag off players and the team in a particular game that he has listened to on the radio!

This oracle of all things Salford RLFC was making comment the other week (after the Hull game on Sky it was) even though he said he didn't end up seeing much of the game as he was at Man United! You couldn't make it up! Some Salford fan!

Why do they always have him on rather than Reds fans who a) actually go to the games, and b) talk sense!

It was a different numpty, not John this time. I can't remember his name, think he came from Walkden. Fancy going all that way then complaining the game wasn't on the telly!

It can't have been John from Salford as he actually went to the game.

The point was that he left the ground because he wasn't interested in watching any other teams than Salford, then complained that he couldn't watch the other teams on television. A trifle inconsistent.

How do you think people like myself go on who despise footbal with every fiber of our being's and can't escape from it be it on the telly, the radio or in the press.
