Post subject: Toulouse thump Whitehaven. Can the French be stopped?

Toulouse have decisively thumped Whitehaven 38-12 at Toulouse.
Toulouse led 38-6 until the last two minutes, when the visitors scored a consolation try.
Now it seems that Toulouse have only three major competitors left on their march to the Championship grand final -- Barrow, Widnes and Halifax.
Toulouse have been restricted to five Antipodeans. That is less than Wigan and Hull KR regularly field in Super League. Yet Toulouse's Antipodeans are not top flight NRL players, such as you see in the Super League clubs. Toulouse is a club that thrives on French talent.
If Toulouse can beat two of Barrow, Widnes and Halifax then they are destined to be in the Grand Final. No other English clubs can come close to them.

the french as history proves can be easily stopped.
may i suggest a franchise based in any european country where the opposition attacks and when they get over the half way line the french will the colaborate so as to make terrotorial possesion easier, then just as the french think they have lost their game, some plucky brit will come in to the frey and kick johnny forigners booty.
and then we all rot of to a cafe where rene makes us cocktails while trying to do yvette
