After yet another outstanding performance from Dobson, I think it's only fair that we as Rovers fans pay tribute to the fact that the pair above, with their limited knowledge of rugby league, felt fit to decline the chance to sign Dobson and in doing so giving Rovers the chance to bring the aussie star to Craven Park.
Thank you Kath and James, what a nice gesture, by the way, how's Thorman coming along?
DANNY LOCKWOOD - LEAGUE WEEKLY (18-5-09)
I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

Hudgy mugged Kath and Jimbob to acquire Dobsons signature.
Wonder who's next??
Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.

Whereas you assesed him vigorously and didn't just hear we where interested... right?

I think Justin may have paid attention to the fact he kept Wigan up, and was Cats best player, so yes vigorously does come to mind, and FYI Justin chooses who plays at Rovers, and Agar.......oh wait a minute

Success consists of getting up just one more time than you've fallen down.

Ok Ok, so Rovers didn't see him play any games in Aus whereas FC did? But the fact that Justin Morgan had the same information as everyone else did including Mr Agar means that, even though we've 'scouted' him in a game AND have the same info as Morgan, our scouting is poor whereas yours is top notch? Oh dear.
Yep, because it was his decision to bring Coo... never mind.
