Just enjoy the weekend and leave the numbers to the beancounters.

Because I'm going and would quite like there to be a lot of people there?

it can only be qualified as a success if they get significant numbers of locals to attend IMO theres no point all the regular fans of RL going for a weekend away anywhere if we aren't attracting the locals to the game.

Look how badly the attendences are for the union side based in edinbourgh lets say its like the salford attendences. What the RFL should have done is anybody who is season ticket holder of the union club or the 2 footie teams offer them half price admisson.

Erm, both footie teams are playing that weekend mate.

Hibs at home to Dundee on Saturday
Hearts away to Rangers on Sunday.

It will be a success if they get more than last year. The gates for the last 2 events were ok for a new event but need to be gradually improved on or the event will fizzle out. Continued progress is the key.

Enough for a decent atmosphere, not too many to make the queues long at the bars. Just right.

To be fair, they never published ticket sales in advance of the last couple of events.

I'm hopeful both days will be 30k minimum, and an aggregate of 70 would be excellent.

the attendance should be bigger on the sunday on the saturday. i can see wigan v saints attracting a few locals and if the game is as good as it was on maundy thursday it will be a spectacle in its own.

i think we should be trying to get a minimum of 30 k each day.
