well i think there shoe ins for the top 4 myself !

BTW we didnt have one for the giants because i think most of our fans, although were enjoying our season so far, know we still have a long way to go - after the last 2 weeks i think its safe to say justifiably too

s good as anyones, but I think this will be close this season, I wouldn't be suprised to see 4 points separate the top 8 clubs.

There chances are no more than 50-50, at best.

You cannot judge their chances on the basis of their win today.

Any honest fans will recognise that Les Catalans were badly understrength today. They were missing their star playmakers and several international forwards. In particular the injured players (3 Australian, 3 French) were:

Greg Bird
Thomas Bosc
Adam Mogg
Jason Ryles
Cyrille Gossard
Sebastien Raguin

Had the positions been reversed, and Hull KR were without Dobson, Cooke, Vella, and three other regulars, while Les Catalans were full strength, no doubt that the scoreline would have been reversed.

I'll match that with the following missing regulars :

Ben Cockayne
Chev Walker
Stanley Gene
Nick Fozzard
Rys lovegrove

You cannot match it. Not one of those is a playmaker or a goal kicker.

Only Gene is at the playing standard of a Gossard or a Raguin.

None of them, including the two convicted felons, is in the playing class of Bird, Bosc, Mogg or Ryles.

What's missing a goal kicker got to do with it? If you had a better one today the score could have been 44-12?

Playmaker is crucial to any team!!

Quins had Danny Orr on for the first half, and Hull KR were behind 12-8

He never came back for the second half and the Quins collapsed.

It is a pretty basic observation that no rugby league team can win without its playmakers.

Rather arrogant and ignorant statement there.

Also if I was you I would keep quiet about convicted felons.
