To be fair mate that one's a bit of a trek. There are loads of car parks within 5 minute walk of the stadium.

I usually park facing Central Station on the car park there. It is free on Sundays, and it takes me about 10 minutes to get home and that is down Winwick Road (back to the motorway for you guys).

but those car parks will bring you out in traffic. i did it to avoid all the traffic altogether

I wont be there gutted but I am off to Pink instead
