Conversely, Edinburgh is more of a touristy city with much more accommodation than Cardiff.
No one knows how many will be there. The RFL have estimated 75,000 over the weekend.

Wire didn't have a derby game last year, or technically the year before either.
AS far as i've heard we've shifted a 1k tickets, i think thats for both days, we for both cardiff dates there were a lot of day trippers who went down for just the days we were playing.

I'm going but not looking forward to it as much as when they did the derbies, even though the Wire nev er really had one for the last couple of years. Not sure whether I'll go next year, but would definately go if it was all derbies. Think the clubs need to suck it up.
wigan complaining about playin Saints, well over the last few seasons Wire v Saints have been far more entertaining games, but then the league wouldn't make that change.

See, I had a big issue with the derbies. For a couple of reasons. As a Wire fan, we didn;t even have a proper derby, yet we still travelled in numbers.
Secondly, the 2nd MM was actually quite boring, in that it was a carbon copy of the 1st one. I probably wouldn't have minded a derby element this year, as at least the move to Murrayfield would have made it different, but I wouldn't have gone back to Cardiff this year to watch those derbies again.
I actually think there will be some great games though.
