Fevs forwards dominated the game same old story at Leigh indiscipline and Hobson a liability.Donlan drops down a division, and is struggling to find any form, sad because i always rated him,but would have Mort at Fax no problem.
Fev are on a roll and will be very tough to beat at home. However I think if the Pack do there job and stop Harris and the backs having space then we will win-but it will be close! They have a few injuries in the backs - Steel, Pryce etc but have signed Ian Bell from Barrow.
However Leigh were awful and put little pressure on the Fev Pack and just played dumb footy and kept giving easy metres away by coughing up the pill and giving away stupid penalties. Fax need to respect the ball more and think they need to cut out the risky football this once and concentrate on building pressure- something Leigh failed to do.

Big problems at Leigh at present, nothing spent on the squad and not allowing our 6 a visa is showing.
A PT club playing Widnes/Barrow then off to Toulouse then playing Thursday was a big ask and we couldnt do it.
Coaching problems off park dont help and Hobson just creates more work for the rest, I haven't seen him make a 1 on 1 tackle all season.
Donlan shouldnt have played due to injury and we were missing our strike centre, Higson, who will make a great back row, only 19.
Ambition is simply to stay up and rebuild for a crack next year.
Our 3 props were 20 and 21, they will be great in 2/3 years time, if we dont ruin them beforehand.
Yes, not looking too good at Leigh this year. First season in a brand new stadium . . . you needed to spend some cash on players that can create a top team, this way attendances will rise. People will be making their first visits to the LSV, and if they see a naff game they won't return, you need to be drawing in big crowds now, as the time will come and go.

It's going to be close and it's going to be a cracker!
