Aye he's turning from rubbish to mildly cr@p. I have high hopes he'll reach ordinary by 2011, although I've always been an optimist.

Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”
There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back! Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!

Sam is training his heart out at the minute, he openly admits he hasn't had the best of starts at Widnes but I believe a lot of that was due to former coach. Perked up loads in the past few weeks, took his try well at Doncaster, been showing glimpses of good form and I for one hope it continues and he becomes a first team regular by the end of the season. He certainly has the potential.
an atmosphere that isn't created by people in matching shirts clapping along to a drum or novelty PA music might be nice!

I don't see quite as much improvement as you do but good luck to him. I'd be more than happy to eat my words if he does become a first team regular for years to come. Going on what I've seen of him so far I just doubt that is likely.

I'd be inclined to agree with Mozz to be honest. Beginning to punch his weight now and works hard. I wasn't impressed with him initially but I'll be more than happy if he continues improving the way he is.
