If the Cas board relented and actuallysaw sense then a Wakey Cas shared stadium would IMHO be ready for 2011.
The site is exactly in the middle and straight off the M62. I don't want to share but unlike the brain dead Richard Wright I realise it would be near lunacy not too.
It doesn't just halve the cost of building the thing it halves the cost of running it and increases it to a 30 match a season ground.
How mindless can the CAs BOD be not to want that.
It really is time for Cas to be realistic. Yes Glasshoughton would be nearer Cas and would be deemed their ground but other than that what are the advantages. It's a lot extra to pay for pride and vanity.
If Cas shared at Stanley it would not be a victory for Wakey who would be no more the owners than Cas. Cas abandoning a Stadium that is already slightly ahead of Stanley would not be defeat it would be an intelligent bussiness move. It would be a victory for common sense and the WMDC public.

Over to you Wrighty.
FFS
I wouldn't bother reading this bit, there is nothing interesting, witty or insightful down here, just this collection of boring words explaining that you really are wasting your time browsing this signature in the vain and futile hope that there will be a nugget, nay, a veritable goldmine of witticisms or divine philosophy. In reality, all you're going to get is disappointment, a sense of hopelessness and a random word.

I don't personally want a ground share, but being realistic in Credit Crunch Britain where is the alternative.
Using my thinking head I see not sharing as economic lunacy.
We are all entitled to an opinion and maybe my calling RW brain dead was a touch strong, but surely the idea is worth more than a FFS
There are two threads on the Cas board with 20 pages devoted to this story, that's what the 'FFS' was for. All this thread is going to be is a re-hashing of the same old crap repeated ad nauseam
The gist of your statement is that Cas are in front on every facet of their stadium but should share with Wakey in a stadium that will be (if built) a few miles away from Castleford. Yep, can see how 'mindless' our BoD are.
