No. They are a one game/event deal mate, or at least that is how the SRU run them and I don't expect the RFL to be any different.

Its easy to tune in but impossible to hear due to the crowd noise at least it was at the 2002 grand final.

Possibly better with a smaller crowd.

They have them at most games in Oz, only they call them Sports Ears over there.
