If Wigan, Saints or anyone in the SL didn't meet ANY criteria to be in SL, then I guarantee that they would not be in the SL. Anyone that is trying to argue that they would despite not meeting ANY criteria is simply idiotic.

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

i dont mean if they dont meet ANY
lets just say halifax meet more critia points than Quinns/Wigan etc...would RFL swap them places
Top goes up, bottom goes down....theres no arguments then....make NRL1 more competitve and if your sat at bottom of SL, you need to bck your ideas up or your going down.
Lets not have some people in suits making up ideas of why a team should be there and who shouldnt

No, they wouldn't swap them, because that's not how the process works.
You really need to understand the licensing process more before trying to argue against it.
