SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Is it?
What about when Halifax got relegated with about 10 weeks to go? How interesting was the bottom of the table then?
Or when Widnes AND Leigh were down with about 5 weeks to go?
Relegation does not guarantee interest at the bottom of the table for the full season. Conversely, it doesn't guarantee that their won't be any interest at the bottom all season, as they could still get into the play-offs.

Yeah thats a real stable enviroment isnt it?
If a club does all of that they will get a license. It was said by Nigel Wood that the best performing NL club will get a license.

So yeah, again flawed argument.
Congratulations for bringing out 3 examples from the history of super league which argue otherwise. clearly my argument is outgunned by such strong counter evidence. The wakefield/castleford battle, thinking about it, was a complete waste of interest.

For God's sake STOP throwing this back into these arguments. I don't want to read it. It was 6 years ago. SIX ! Let it go.
bluesox4evaaa - shut the f**k up ! You're forcing people to drag up the horrid past of Halifax RLFC. You're also embarrassing yourself. Enough already. Enough.
