hmmm … given that ALL THE BOXES that need ticking mount to one: being one of the 14 best (or possibly 15 or 16 best) applications, measured against a number of factors, including onfield performance, then – once more your scenario doesn''t square with reality

OK so the 14 BEST applications are the 1's currently in SL so theres no promotion for ANOTHER 3 years.
Basicaly a few men sat behind a desk should not be saying whos in and whos out. Let the players and coaches do the talking on the field
