Haven't we sacked players before for appearing in court for trying to help someone why the hell do we want to sign someone who ADMITTED attacking another person.Thought rugby is supposed to be a family sport,his signing would be a signal that we condone violence and particularly violence against women and against a 'family' member( they weren't divorced at the time)After all the comments by the judge that they should expect a jail sentence HE copped out WHY?Anyone on here who attacks another person would expect a jail sentence unless of course they get a good lawyer who can now quote the Reardon case as a presidence for a suspended sentence.Justice B******S
