Doesnt inspire much confidence in the british justice system does it?

when the score got to 50 we shouted for more, up popped brad davis went over for four.....

I'm more concerned that someone twice found guilty of violent offence doesnt even get a suspended sentance, how many people will he have to hurt before a judge will send him down? At least a suspended sentance would have deterant value.
