Does anyone else have the misfortune to be sat in the vicinity of these two???? I appreciate they're special needs but good god 80 minutes of them constantly shouting the most unintelligible and at times foul mouthed guff nearly tipped me over the edge.

You have had the `pleasure` of sitting near Vikingman as well then? :D

Used to sit near them quite regularly but now sit on the other side of the NS on the 40 yard line.

Don't ever remember them swearing though? They must have learnt a few words!! Back then everyone around them thought the scallywags thing was hilarious..

There was another guy round there to that had a laugh like Salacious Crum from return of the Jedi!! That was amazing!! They are always there though so credit to them.

Harmless they may well be but to have them shouting "Get them Scallywags", "Come on Widnesssssss, chop em down" and "Throw it over here" without pause for 80 minutes gets very tedious after a while.

Aye the swearing and other vitriolic abuse started after Batley scored their first try...

Not heard the guy with the Salacious Crum laugh, though there are a few characters that sit in that area!

Do what I did...

Move over to the South Stand.

I'd had enough of those braindead b******s over the last few years. I'd also had enough of sitting amongst away fans with half of the North Stand cordoned off so you had to turn up an hour before kick off to get a good seat.

Moving to the South Stand has been a great move. You do have to sit amongst a load of shiggling old groaks, but you get to watch the game without your concentration being constantly interrupted by thick mongs. :)

On thread drift:
tb wrote:Tough. Conversations develop. It's their nature.

Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”

There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair
with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back!

Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!
