As much as I agree with everything on here I can't help but think the next coach (and the ones after that) will bring the same results, I think we need to look at the club as a whole, from the top down.

Think Agar is cracking little by little each week under the pressure.He has given it his best shot and unfortunately i believe like a lot of fans that he is not the right man to dig us out of the massive hole we are in at the minute do the right thing and step aside and lets bring in someone who the team will listen too have respect for.
