When you look at the amount of last years drafts who were released, I think some of these guys such as Ricky Ortiz are doomed. Good chance for a few people such as DH Smith, Charlie Haas and Helms to try and rebuild themselves though

DH Smith, Natalya & Tyson Kidd could be branded as the Hart Foundation 2.0 which is basically what they are, as TJ Wilson (Kidd) grew up with them at the Dungeon, and has been dating Natalya (daughter of Jim Niedhart of course) for a long time now.

This could be a way to get Bret back in, in some capacity.
