I would be happy to make the top 8 at moment there 4 points behind the 8th team and they got a game in hand.

Aye, I think Noble will go soon and we'll have the run of form that tends to accompany a new coach, pushing us to go as far as we can in the CC until we meet St Helens (possibly in the final) and get beat, then a decent play off run but lose when we play Saints or Leeds.
So who would a new coach be then?
Does anyone seriously think that we've got a Brian Noble team?
He built Bradford on big powerhouse forwards who were aggressive with it.
He had Anderson, Vagana, Fielden, McDermott with Rob Parker and Richard Moore as back up props. Then when McDermott retired he moved Peacock from the 2nd row to prop. Jimmy Lowes was their 9.
Our pack isn't good enough to be Bradford reserves compared to that lot. Only Hock would get into that pack, if he was lucky!
Brian Noble is quite capable of identifying quality forwards and I'm sure he hasn't lost the knack now. So why haven't they been brought in?
Is IL having too much say in signings? Is he allowing Noble to bring in the men he wants?
Eight players signed since IL bought the club, only one forward in Riddell.
This is not Noble's style of building a squad.

Thats not the point even if he has not been involved in any of the signings he needs to make sure he gets the best out of the players he has. Players who underperform need to be dropped, players need to be fit, players need to be well motivated and players need to have the composure to deal with being behind... Its Noble job to do this and he is failing miserably.
The forwards he's got are not good enough.
He can identify, motivate, plan, coach and have great tactics but if the players in that pack aren't up to it then he's wasting his time.
We lose the forwards battle almost every week and that's where and why we need new players. Only two forwards can break a tackle, Feka & Hock.
The rest haven't broken a tackle hardly all season.
Noble needs to bring in players that can do the job he and we need doing. Why he hasn't brought them in already I don't know, nor do I understand why.
