Funny how Dean felt compelled to stress how today was always going to be Burn's day off, as if things were afoot behind the scenes?
If he did suggest Hull run out to the aforementioned song, then I can imagine this to be the sort of thing Rule would take seriously, PARTICULARY in view of the new campaign.

Particularly odd given that Burns himself specifically stated that he would be raising the topic again tonight.

Well said. Thought the general atmosphere was superb on Friday. The mingling of the fans before & after made me proud to be a RL fan.
