Toulouse have won a massive victory over Batley 60-22. The match was played in Batley.

Toulouse scored eleven tries to four. Nine of those eleven tries were scored by French players.

The pathetic naysayers who thought that Toulouse could not compete at the Championship level have now got egg on their face.

Once Toulouse can scoop up some more LER players in May, we can look forward to Toulouse making a significant climb up the Championship ladder.

Batley have been poor during this regular season, but not so poor that they could not win a game.

Remember that Toulouse were playing away in England with less than ten supporters present.

They also had a slow start to the season due to an undercooked pre-season program. I expect a strong challenge from the Frenchies this year.

Batley are in all sorts of trouble at the moment. That's 130 points they've shipped in two games.

Glad to see Toulouse get their first win, doesnt matter who it was against but it makes it all the better that they got a good few tries. Especially good to see so many French players on the scoreboard and they have a few years now to develop at a decent level.

Only you could make a positive into a pathetic attack on people. Instead of this being a thread of people congratulating Toulouse it will turn in to the usual slanging match between you and almost everyone else.
