Are you sweating on a custodial sentance being delivered?

Would be really surprised if Pryce or Reardon got custodial sentences for what they did. Reardon isn't my concern. So far as Pryce is concerned, whether he was sent down or not, I'd be more than happy to have him continue at Saints. He only pushed a bloke for God's sake. Unlike so many, I have it in perspective.

Because it's a Section 39 common assault, which is anything from a push (just an unwanted nothing special kind of push, say) to stuff like a fight. It's a broad charge and has broad options for sentencing from, I think, a fine up to six months in jail, depending.

PS: Mrs Reardon and/or Mr O'Brien no doubt brought charges, which is how it will have actually got to the courts.

No prison, community sentence, slap on wrist, happens again jail. Same old Same old.
