Lee Doran (Leigh have ruined this chap, would go to the bench)
Mark Smith (no good scooting and taking the piss against Sheffield if you aint going to do it against the better clubs)
Richard Varkulis (built like terminator, plays like a girl)
Dean Gaskell (shocking finish attempt in the corner on Friday)

Bring in

Anthony Mullally (Another who's built like terminator and can cause damage)
Danny Mills (can finish a try)
Toa Kohe Love (sadly missed recently)
Ste Bannister (looked quality in the reserves game and will only get fitter by playing more games)
Brett Robinson (replace the inconsistent smith)

Would also consider putting Danny Houghton in.

For Doncaster it would be

Wildbore
Mills
Dodd
Kohe Love
Flynn
Duffy
Webster
Gannon
Thackeray
Ostick
Kavanagh
Simm
Bannister

Thompson
Mullally
Robinson
Doran (just makes the bench)

Ben Kavanagh needs more game time, recently he's been our best forward along with Gannon.

Love a brew.

Can't drop Smith for me. Wouldn't mind having the lad from Wigan on the bench. Doran has got to go.

Has it come round to TKL playing a game again?

Looking at your squad, you should have put 50 past us but some of your costly guys didnt want to know, why?

Gaskell shouldn't be dropped just because he got tackled trying to score. He bailed us out a few times from Leigh's high kicks when it should have been Yates who went for them.

Dodd is and never will be a centre, I like Dodd but wing or full back, not centre!

I agree that Kavanagh is improving, but that's only because he's been so awful until recently, he's playing now how he should of played from day one the size of him.

Agree about Varkulis, disagree on Smith but would like Danny Mills the chance to show what he can do. Looking forward to having Patto back in the team and Bannister will be one of the best forwards in the league.

Some games though he just doesnt scoot at all, when Smith plays well Widnes nearly always win when he doesnt we are poor. To much responsibility is placed on his shoulders and i think he needs to be rotated with Thackeray and lets get Duffy back to six.

I dont think Dodd was that bad, some of his defence was very impressive and given a choice out of him and Varkulis at the moment Dodd wins hands down.

I don't think Dodd was that bad either, but he's not as effective at centre as he is wing or full back. He always puts the shift in Dodd, but at centre we need more than that. I'd rather play Grady there, I don't think he's done alot wrong so far when he's played.

Fair do, he just doesnt quite do it for me does Grady, IMO he needs another year to work on his physique and confidence. He's improved this year over last by a mile but still needs work.

Paul Cullen has added Steve Bannister and Danny Mills to the 17 who played against Leigh on Good Friday for tomorrow night's trip to Doncaster.

Both came through their comeback game in the Reserves on Friday following injuries picked up in December.

The squad for the game, which kicks off at 8pm, is; Wildbore, Gaskell, Varkulis, Mills, Thackeray, Webster, Smith, Gannon, Doran, Duffy, Dodd, Kavanagh, Ostick, Thompson, Yates, Flynn, Grady, Simm and Bannister.

Out injured

Kohe Love
Hartley
Fletcher
Morrison
Paterson

Good to see Bannister included, sure he'll get a bench spot. Surely Cull's got to give Mills a game after Friday.
