While these are great reasons to buy the club, they are also the reasons kath puts such a high price on it!

A REALISTIC PRICE ? According to who ? Maybe she IS asking a realistic price, but the offers weren't realistic (naturally they would say they were wouldn't they ??)
It all comes down to viewpoint, and from your viewpoint sitting drunkenly on your barstool it all looks bad through the bottom of your empty beer glass.
