I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.
Nothing to see here folks,if anyone thinks that a dracula looking snooker playing hasbeen is going to stop the losing run your fooling yourselves, add to that he will be too busy helping his wife with, shall we say domestic chores

TBH, I never doubted for a moment that he would not be snapped up by SOMEONE and the same would have applied to Cockayne, if we had sacked him he would have signed for someone else. Hull FC have shown a lack of judgement in the way they dealt with Raynor and are now showing more in the signing of Reardon.
It will be interesting to see what happens to Pryce now, will Saints fire him or ban him. I can see Rovers being the only club to have at least acted to punish a player (forget Cas and the 'moral' decision to sack a player they didn't want and who was no good anyhow).

Quite so, and then the net result is that the club end up being punished for the players' transgressions. The player doesn't care. He's signed on with some other team. Better to retain the player but to punish him. Pretty much what we did I believe.
