Thought Manu took some stopping

Thought Manu was pretty ordinary tbf but having to play off Thorman thats hardly surprising. King played well for Hull but for me Dowes was easily their best forward. He has an immense engine, just gets on with it and grafts his nuts off. A real players player.

Manu and Berrigan where the only players who worried me with the ball.

Richard Horne is a nice kid an all but he offers next to nothing - Thorman was just as bad and Kirk the Snail was very poor - absolute tripe along with Tickle.

The likes of G. Horne, Radford and co. gave a lot of effort but they're nothing more than grafters.
