Well i wasnt too far away with my prediction!

We havent been far off for a few weeks. We still have some improvements to make, but that win will do wonders for confidence.

Just hope all the players came through injury free.

Maybe a few people on here should give the lads and coaching staff a chance to turn things around. Its a bit early in the season to be making harsh judgements.

Good luck for monday lads for what will be a massive task, especially with only a few days rest

Al Rounding went off with what looked like a shoulder/arm injury?? hope he's ok..

Enjoy life today, yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come....

Well done on tonight's win. Taking nothing away from your team's performance I thought that with the exception of Yere we were pretty poor tonight and lacking creativity. We looked most dangerous when throwing the ball about. Unfortunately that didn't happen very often. With a 22 : 23 scoreline it sounds like it should have been a belter of a game. It wasn't.......although I'm sure there are a few Donny fans who would disagree with me

Having seen the disallowed try on TV I think it should have stood. However I think that would have been rough justice and more than we deserved. As has been said before your lads put together a good team performance and thoroughly deserved the honours and bragging rights. I'm sure you'll all enjoy the weekend now and I will do my best toforget about this particular game and do the same. Happy Easter :P

I've just got in from work and am watching the recording now.

Great result - just what we needed.

To beat Sheffield live on Sky TV is priceless. :D

BTW Did we win the South Yorkshire Cup ?...

2 trophies in the cabinet...!

I find you very very shallow.

You don't really have the option to walk out after an hour when you're not there.
And you can hardly formulate a view when you are not there.
You can just come on here and act superior.

You certainly weren't at the match in question....unlike a lot on here who posted how bad the performance was.....or was it just me?

Would you care to list the matches you have been to?
Including friendlies?

War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

Does the fact that Sky kept cutting to show your face after every Dons score help as well? I've got to say, your reaction after Castles try was awesome.

Allof the lads put a shift in last night and we played well I thought.

I cant believe though having watched the match back that Gibsons try stood never mind the last one.I thought Gaz was definately impeded as he went for the ball.

Also the Eagles main threat all through the first half was Yere but they hardly gave him the ball in the second half. When he did get it he was a constant threat.

A big disappointment for me as well was the fans turnout which I thought was pathetic.Only the proper diehards there.I know some people were pi55ed off after the Gateshead game which we all were but I expected a better turnout.

But a big well done to the lads is needed. After the flak they copped last weekend they deserve a big pat on the back after last night.Good battling performance and you could see what it meant to them at the end as well.
Well done boys!!!

Difficult to get there on Thursday for a 6pm i think may have affected attenendance..

Most of us whinge from time to time but do still attend as often as possible..

I think after a few poor results people will have used the option of watching on Sky to see how we panned out..so not all bad?!

There's no I in team......but there is a me!
