If Taylor can keep the fight at range he should win. He has faster hands and better combinations than Froch.
However, Froch has genuine power and a cliff for a chin. Taylor was wobbled on several occasions by Pavlik, who is a middleweight and hits nowhere near as hard. If Froch lands that bomb of an uppercut (perhaps the best in boxing at the moment) Taylor could well be KTFO. It's also worth remembering that Taylor has gassed in the latter rounds of a number of recent fights whereas Froch suffers no such problems. If history repeats itself I can't see Taylor winning.
Agree with your summation Muggy. Froch's uppercuts (and general single punches with that rangy style) are deadly, but Taylor is the classier boxer IMO. Interesting fight, can see it going either way, if I had to bet it would be on Taylor though.

i think frank warren has finally learnt that he can't cotton wool his fighters...
he 'held' back the likes of hatton and calzaghe for years who then left him to get 'super fights' and mega money..i'm i no doubt he's giving khan what he wants cos he knows if he does'nt khan will walk..
