May be in the minority here but I wasn't impressed.
Agreed he put in some decent kicks but way too early in the set on too many occasions.
God know's why he kicked it into touch when Saints made the little grubber up the wing in our half; pick the ball up and run with it!
Doesn't look confident at all with ball in hand, awful error just in front of our line and I'm sure a couple of knock-ons/dropped balls the ref let go were forward.
Perhaps I'm being overly critical and I'll probably watch the game again to get a better view but right now I'm not impressed.

Thought he actually did OK TBH. Sure he was a little rusty and made a couple of mistakes, but then, who never makes mistakes? IIRC he didn't come as a full back, and of course, if Pat is available he won't get to play, however as a utility centre/winger, he'll be needed if Ainscough or Roberts gets injured.

Romain Navarrete: “I’m very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.”

I agree in principle however (although now isn't the time for this debate) we can't afford to waste a quota spot on a utility back.
Looks at what people say and wonders if they have every played the game they watch and see Phelphs played well seeing as he has not been fit for a while and things why poeple dont just get off these players backs and praise them for a change ????????
