The 2009 British American Football Season is now just around the corner, and there's no better way to get involved in the game, than to be a match official.
Unlike a lot of sports you are never alone as a Match Official, every game is officiated by at least four officials. There are teams across the length and breadth of the country, from Inverness to Newqauy, and all these teams need officials for their games.
BAFRA is widely recognised as having one of the best training programmes in the world, for a small group they’ve had officials work all over Europe. BAFRA members have recently officiated the American Football World Cup final. BAFRA members have even reached the highest possible level of the sport by officiating for the NFL!!!
BAFRA is open to Men and Women from 18 years and up. BAFRA have active members still officiating into their 70’s !!!

Leave it over there, we have better alternatives than american advertball.
Advertball? Ha ha. We'll just watch our football & rugby teams with sponsors over their kit and round the pitch! We just watch one big advert nowadays. That's one thing the NFL have got spot on, no sponsors on the kits or advertising boards / screens.

Exactly and that is why you never see teams going out of business like some of our football teams and rugby teams
