When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club. We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens. Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before. Shaun Wane 8/10/09

Righty-ho I've checked all the posts and I'm still confused asto why you think any Wiganer is worried about Stains bringing 5-6K fans (after all theres still going to be 15K+ Wiganers inside the ground).
We are far more concerned about the 17 players they are bringing over Billinge Hill.

The difference is the football side will be expecting two or three more 20k crowds before the end of the season, half a dozen in total, and are far from content with that. Saints is the only SL game that will top 20k.
