Any pay-off counts on the cap. Our "excuse" is that we have no room
under the cap. No way we could make a move unless Crocker's visa is rejected. The longer it drags on, the more potential opportunities are missed.

Well Hull dont have the cash until Crocker is sorted once and for all, when that will be is anyones guess.
