Great player.
You cannot blame him for taking the money at 30 and going to try out RU.
He carried the Wigan team for a long time.
When he left (injured) he freed up lots of CC space.
How any Wigan fan can say he was a "traitor" is beyond me.
Still each to their own.
The Communist Cap - dragging down success and aspiration to the levels of those who cba.

It's only a matter of time, I hope, before he's back at Wigan!

I wonder why there wasn't all this media attention when Paul Sculthorpe retired?
SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled. For 27 - 0 you get a trophy For 75 - 0 you get sod all. Wigan had eight in a row Saints have five in a row

Season Review 2004, he absolutely runs the show.
Legend!
23 - 20 - 4 Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

Good luck to him. The move to conditioning will see him forge a career in onion in that line of work.
Dont expect to see him back any time soon, it at all.

a game which epitimises faz was when he broke his nose against leeds, off he goes, about 10 mins later on comes faz face bandaged up, and he wins us the game with a late conversion!

Interesting to note the fuss in Australia over El Masri's record breaking scoring record, which currently stands at just over 2,000 points. Meanwhile, Faz scored over 3,000 for us! And Faz is nowhere near the top of the all-time British scoring league table.
We need another Faz to lead this current leaderless team.
