We've won one game after a horrific run, McRae has bought himself some time because it's a results business but if we slip back into dross again I reserve the right to criticise.

We have been terrible all season so McRae has bought himself time with a fantastic result. We have got a tough Easter weekend and the performances are as important as the results. Lets hope we can build on yesterdays efforts.

Very well said...we need to build on yesterday's performance and use it as a barometer for how well they can play if they all put their minds to it and all pull in the same direction.

If they perform like that on Friday then we will give Warrington a game...whether we beat them or not is another matter but if they put the effort in like yesterday then the fair-minded amongst us will appreciate it and show the players that...however, as Monsieur Walsh has stated, until we see more of this kind of performance on a more regular basis then the jury is still out...

I have never called Sir John, McRae has won his stay of execution, but I have not seen anything sincehe arrived that says he knows anything about coaching or changing a gameplan during a match. If on the otherhand we go on a winning spree or start playing with pride and skill with exciting matches I may reassess my valuation.

I think if you read the post thats properly people were having ago at the players and the coaching i think you would find that all the fans appriciate john wilkinson enormously get some glasses and read the post properly before your accusations

FANTASTIC PAL, we've won a game have we I'm still here knocking the inept performances of late, in fact I'm blown over at the result yesterday but I don't suffer fools gladly. I hope it's a kickstart to the rest of the year and it's given me a glimmer of hope for trips to Perpignan and Edinburgh but I won't hold my breath just yet. I hope and pray that the many indifferences that have been plain and simple and there for all to see (even for the ones with rose tinted specs) are done and dusted and we can finally move on together but if not, yep I'll be back on blasting them if we get thumped as you call it. I'd call it something else.

I don't think anyone wants the team to do badly just so they can moan, and I don't think anyone would take time out of their life to complain on a forum if they weren't really annoyed. I wonder more if people like the O/P only come on here when we get a freak result, which given our start to the season Sunday surely was (unless we can build on it).
