anyway from what i heard, it sounded like a cracking cup tie and barrow matched wigan in many parts on the field
great effort from barrow and hope to see you in superleague in the near future. well played and best of luck for this season and seasons thereafter.

I don't think it was a minutes silence - just think it was part of Barrow's big day which is what it was. I thought Wigan players coming out with a Barrow mascot each was a nice touch.

We are going to totally revamp Craven Park in the near future, we,ve obviously not spent too much on the ground ,bar the bare basics to enable us to keep on playing there, as we were in Div 3 until last season there was really no need.
We have recently invested in a few better players even though half the team you faced today are locals, we are moving steadly in the right direction.
Good luck for the rest of the season and hope you now win this cup, so at least we can say we were only just beaten by the cup winners.
