Just been on the Quins board. Boy, they are wetting themselves over our performance!

what a fantatstic day, not only was the rugby awesome but i came up trumps on the national!!

anyway first of all i thought we were ,for the best part, awesome despite a few sloppy sleepy moments which let quins in for 3 tries i didnt think we did much wrong, brown and robinson once again dominated the half backs, crabtree was like a raging bull, moore like a wasp buzzing around, and everyone else had their moments, fatz, despite dropping 2 balls from kick offs showed his mental strength by storming over for a cracking try!

as for the crowd, i have never seen so much claret and gold in london ( apart from cc06) we had 2 full blocks plus a few stragglers in the other 2 at the end, disappointing crowd from quins POV but credit to the quins fans,as i've put on their board they are an absolute credit to RL, very gracious in defeat and all of them happy to engage in conversation, despite bricks trying to wind the rah rah's up :)

a cracking day i cant wait for july to go back and to the next round of the cup

Not so sure about this comment though...

Quote:NB has got some average players playing really well namely Brown, Robinson (Both individually and collectively) Mason and Crabtree to name a few

I don't think they're average players myself. I'd say they're pretty good.

Well done yesterday. We played the worst we've done at home all season, but that's not the point - you were too good. Now go and win it.

Some of them have possibly looked average in a lower-midtable team in previous years, but have really kicked on this year to become key players in a very good team. Robinson has always been a thorn in Quins' side whoever he's played for, and Crabtree looks a real monster now - I always thought he looked a bit top-heavy in the past and could be brought down easily if you tackled him low, or if he was wrapped up he didn't seem to have the strength in his legs to keep driving forward, but not any more. The challenge when he steamrollered LMS into the floor was awesome.

LMS made the tackle and got bowled over not Crabtree(he was the ball carrier)
