OK let's just think about that. You're saying he should be sacked, fine. But if the crime "deserves" the sack we can reasonably take it that someone who has committed such a crime does not "deserve" to be re-employed and in fact they couldn't be because then anyone the new employer had sacked for kicking someone in the head would have very strong grounds for a case of unfair dismissal...hmmm how does that work then?

obviously not, i have never seen any of the other attacks but this has been on tv ect and couldnt believe my eyes thats all,all the other lads in fights,attacks whatever you want to call them havent been in the public eye has such just newspapers and speculation on the forums etc

i think the problem is that even if the RFL say "right do anything like this and your band" will only make a rod for their back, because when players/people do this sort of thing its not for fun its coz they lose their head. do you really thing ben was thinking about his job when he did this?
