OK let's just think about that. You're saying he should be sacked, fine. But if the crime "deserves" the sack we can reasonably take it that someone who has committed such a crime does not "deserve" to be re-employed and in fact they couldn't be because then anyone the new employer had sacked for kicking someone in the head would have very strong grounds for a case of unfair dismissal...hmmm how does that work then?
Are you sure you don't mean, "Since he is employed by Hull KR he should be sacked, otherwise it wouldn't make the slightest difference to me"
