All out of contract at the end of this season, Who goes , Who stays?

at the moment:

i'd keep G Horne as cheap cover

i'd give Cusack one more year on current form

Burnett is a good prospect

the rest have it all to prove, and in Motu Tony's case we'd need to see how his knee copes on his return.

and whilst Thorman wasn't a bad move when we needed to replace Dykes at short notice, i hope the club finally take the cheque book to Australia and get us a top class half back, year after year we fail to address the problem.

Fair enough. I don't want to take any chances v Salford. Realistically we're not going to win the league title, so I'd put all my eggs in the Challenge Cup basket.

Leeds or Saints out of the cup tomorrow along with Bradford or Catalans plus Harlequins.

Beat Salford tomorrow and a favourable 5th round draw and we could be 2 games away from a return to Wembley and another big pay day.

Be unlikely to finish 1 or 2 and even with the new play-off arrangements it's difficult to see anyone winning outside of those spots. Win tomorrow and we're 3 games from Wembley with one of Saints/Leeds out. Just a personal preference, but Wembley is a much better occasion than the GF IMO. Although as Gwilym said about Rovers last night, now they've beaten Celtic they've got a clear run to the final.

I agree!!

We have 4 props, who havent had a lot of game time, this would be a perfect opportunity for the likes of Moa,Maloney King and Thackray to get match hardened.

IMHO - Cusack and Dowes should be rested tomorrow.

Does Agar think, both Cusack and Dowes can play 3 games in 8 days??

Also Berrigan looks as if he's carrying an injury, a chance for Lee and Houghton to rotate.

IF, the coach feels its a risk to play Moa,Maloney King ,Thackray ,Whiting and Washbrook at home against Salford.

When is it a good time ,to give these players a game?
- against St Helens at Knowsley Road???

To be fair, the comments to this thread are very sensible. Dowes, Cusack and, to an extent Radford, are all out on their feet and need a rest heading into the busy easter schedule.

This was a perfect opportunity to field Thackray, Maloney???, Whiting and Washbrook to give some respite to a tired pack.
