Can England play a tri- nations with Niue and Tokelau - surely we'd win that ! and put English RL firmly on the map again, it would probably give a huge boost to the domestic game too, and the 'senior' players can end their international careers on a high !!

Give over. Althought there are 30 countries named, only 2 have professional competitions and most don't have any league played of any sort, if we are being honest.
Also, Woolston Rovers would probably come 13th on that list, so it doesn't have any strength to it. We could throw an RLFANS team together to beat a few of those teams.

hmm true, Never thought about it like that BUT winning the world cup and tri nations in the last few years should put you at number 1 imo.

In a nutshell, NZ are not World Number 1 because they had possibly the worst year in their international history in 2007. They got stuffed by everyone other than France, who they just scraped past. Had they won that competition, they might have been top.
If they win the 4 Nations, they'll probably be number 1.

yes the aussie's are on the slide down whoever is in 3rd place will move up too 2nd place soon
