A resolution to form a St George rugby league club was made at a local meeting held in early 1908, but the movement faltered and collapsed. St George, wearing the district colours of red and white, played in the NSWRL's Third Grade competition in 1910, and formed a President's Cup team in 1911. We don't care about your domestic competition. It's not the be-all and end-all of global rugby league. There is a world beyond the seas that girt your home. Get used to it.

but if dont think out the ideas . how can you improve the england test team

I think a one off Origin game in the UK would be fantastic.
Play game 1 in England, somewhere like JJB or Galpharm game 2 in Sydney and game 3 in Brisbane.
I reckon you would sell it out, I would certainly go. If the tickets went too quickly then if they tried it again they could go for Elland Road. It would gain positive publicity for the game and get the wider sporting public aware of what State of Origin was.

Because the original idea was to take it to England and you've no chance of filling Wembley.
RE: American Football, no its not massive over here but everybody has heard of the NFL. If I asked the man on the street what SoO was he wouldn't have a clue, even in a league town.
If you could somehow fill Elland Road I reckon you'd earn as much with the exchange rate as you would for 80,000 in Melbourne or Sydney
The English don't tend to do tribalism though, we can't be bothered getting off our backside for Lancashire and Yorkshire, let alone some state breeding 4 armed people in an old backwater of the Empire.
Leave them to play with each other in their big games in the convict colony I say.
