Suprised by this move even though the Rangers have been struggling of late as Renney is one of the most successful coaches for the Rangers in win%. Lets face it with the wealth & players they have had available they continually flatter to deceive. Would have given Renney until the end of the season myself, not sure Torterella is the right guy for the Rangers.

Wonder when the Rangers will realise the problems in the club may due to Sather, who for me is living on what was acheived when he was at Edmonton in the 80's as he has done little at MSG.

It's probably a little early to hope we can win the cup this year but Kane,Toews etc will benefit from having the experience this season and take that into the next few years when they should be challenging for the cup.
