Has anyone heard today that the transfer is still going to be completed, considering Gleeson is in the Wire squad for their match this weekend? I can't see this happening anymore to be honest.

That just means he hasnt signed yet. It could go either way.
He is a good player, but this really doesnt excite me.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. He's in the 19-man squad, I reckon it could go either way. If he is still their player, they'll want to play him, if the deal is done then they'll replace him.

As it stands evidently nothing for this season has been completed and so subsequently he has been named in the Wire squad. Until he actually signs then he is a Warrington player and is contracted to play for the club.
The whole "the rumour was rubbish" comments are daft because evidently negotiations have been taking place. But I get the impression that should he actually sign it will be for next season rather than this season due to the complications with the salary cap and releasing players which although some don't believe it, is not as easy as just saying - your gone.
