Whatever you think, Ken Davey is a respected man in the financial services world, having built up two very successeful companies and founded an entire industry himself.
If you had done some deeper digging, certainly with regard to the ISA issues you would also learn that the fines were much, much reduced because of the level of co-operation from DBS with the FSA.
And finally, making a mistake that is later censured is not a sign of crookedness, just of error making, and given the FSA are happy to apply rules retrospectivly its also to be taken with a pinch of salt.
You could at least treat Ken with a bit more respect and spell his bloody name right. And I know how well respected he is in his field and how successful he is. Don't presume to know my thoughts.
