The RFL review panel have always been about as consistent as Warrington. The new system they brought into place was supposed to change that, but the RFL even screwed that up by giving them option to say no, or call it between x match band and more x match ban. It'll never change, or at least I can't see it changing, my point was simply just to let them fight and let us enjoy a bit of biff.
For mine, we need a solid system, none of this maybe crap. 6 Grades of offences, each carry one possible outcome if found guilty.
Grade F - 1 match ban
Grade E - 2 match ban
Grade D - 3 match ban
Grade C - 4 match ban
Grade B - 5 match ban
Grade A - 6+ match ban (for anything big, like striking a referee, only then can the RFL choose a different outcome, but a minimum of 6 games)
