Rich Horne was 16 when he made his debut. Played full back away at headingley on his debut. Crunched Darren Fleary in a 1 on 1 tackle in that game too

I would rather give a young lad a chance than bring someone on loan its the only way they will learn the game and the way we are performeing at the moment i would drop the whole first team and give all the youngsters a chance

I don't see the big deal about age...

Anyone who spends a little time looking at a modern SL team will realise it's a young mans game. The average age of players is decreasing because the demands the sport makes on the human body. You just can't compete if you physically can't keep up with youth. There are exceptions, as with anything, but they are unique.
