Bailey must be in with a shout. Mainstay of a winning team for a few years now. Often gets headlines but in the wrong way. In the past I questioned what he brings to the team but Im smart enough to realise that Im no coach and the people that matter think he's got what it takes. Hugely underrated in my opinion....

Must admit Ian Kirke has been quality so far this season, and deserves any accolades he can get.
For me though, it has to be Ryan Bailey, has been a strong player this season, and gets it in for him all season from other fans, but this season has been one of our best. His tackling has been immense, i mean, how many players have done what Ryan Bailey did to Fasavalou t'other week.

Kylie for me, always got a good go forward, runs onto balls at pace often and works hard in defence.
